This Starbucks is in Terminal 1 on the left after you pass TSA screening and before you pass the Hawaiian Airlines Premier Club. There is always a long line for this Starbucks so expected to wait awhile to order and also to get your food and drink. The food is the same as what you get at any Starbucks. The drinks are alright. As a Starbucks shift supervisor myself, I was deeply disappointed in the service of this location. The cashier was very rude-no smiling, no greeting, minimal eye contact, and poor tone when handing me my pike (which didn't have cream as I asked for). When receiving my food I got the wrong order after specifically clarifying with the cashier and the barista on warming and the warming barista also forgot the fork for my egg bites. Dear Starbucks, you just keep getting better. Since I'm here regularly, I feel the need to write a review but that all changed when you started offering the "Mobile" ordering.Although this location can be very busy as it's centrally located in Terminal 1, they have an adequate amount of barista on staff. You know Starbucks, download the App, select your favorite airport location, and just be happy when you walk in and your drink is ready!
