Taiyo's food is delicious! I love their kim chee...so ono! Shrimp fried rice, chicken katsu curry on rice, Zaru soba with side order of fried shrimp, and mabo tofu ramen are my favorite dishes to eat from Taiyo. PLEASE DO CLOSE DOWN, EVER! Open another restaurant in Kalihi/Dillingham area!
Taiyo serves large and hearty ramen that warms up the heart! All of the ramen here is pretty basic but hits the spot every time. You definitely get your moneys worth! Service is quick and I was in and out.

Stopped here for lunch. Ordered the shrimp fried rice with curry. The plate came and as you can tell by my pic...it was huge. Curry was packed with chicken and the normal veggies. The shrimp fried rice had lots of flavor and tons of shrimp. My son had the curry ramen and the bowl was wiped clean. He said the broth was really good and the noodles cooked perfectly.
