I’ve been fortunate to eat sushi in many places around the world (including Japan) and this is the best I’ve ever had. The fish was so fresh and everything was perfectly prepared. We loved it so much we went back a second time in the same week!
Had a wonderful dinner at Wasabi Bistro. Our waiter was kind and funny and the interior of the restaurant was cozy. We tried the shishito peppers, crispy rice and spicy tuna and the amazing papaya seafood motoyaki. All of which I recommend. Make reservations in advance.

This is a fabulous little sushi restaurant tucked away off the beaten path. All the rolls and poke were delicious. The staff was attentive and informative about all the wonderful options. The only downside was that it was very warm in the restaurant. Each breeze that we felt come through the door was very welcomed.Out of the 5 sushi restaurants we ate at in Honolulu, this was definitely the freshest and best we had during our visit!
