Always good food at Wendy's!But the service at this location was poor. They didn't give me the correct drink, and they also forgot to give me one of the meals that I ordered, and when I went back through the drive-through to get the meal the staff didn't believe that I was missing a meal.
It depends what time you go or how busy this place is. If it is slow, things get cleaned and ready for guests but it won't last long. Some staff are aware of the Dining Room needs, others will let it get filthy and ignore the needs unless someone says something. However, if there's a promotion or crowd the staff might become overwhelmed and the normal systems get thrown out the Door and becomes a free-for-all. (National Cheeseburger Day or some other crazy promotion.)

I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, I didn't see my order on the board. I asked the manager why my order wasn't showing. He proceeds to tell me that my payment didn't go through.
