While working in Ka'anapali, I heard of a good Mexican place to eat. Just so happened my apprentice owed me dinner so I suggested we try Amigos.Dinner was great. He ordered a shrimp chimichanga for $13 which was the Wednesday night special and packed with shrimp every bite.I had a $18 carne asada burrito wet with red and green sauce also packed, meaty and well worth it.I was disappointed in the Mexican shrimp cocktail which lacked flavor, was very watery. We also both enjoyed a michelada which were good.Unfortunately I can never return, Service was amazing but unfortunately my apprentice is a cheapskate and only tipped $5 on $110 for which I can never show my face there again out of shame as I have a very memorable Hollywood quality to my appearance.Despite this I would definitely recommend Amigos.

Do not order from them. They will messed the order and wont be accountable for.I paid 120 for an order, and they send all the order wrong. I will never order from them again. The food is not even that good. Do not reccomend.

Food is good, but they are RUDE. Awful service.They make you wait outside while no one greets you or looks at you. After waiting for 10 minutes just to pick up an order I could see was sitting on a rack through the window, I went in to ask one of the three people who were cleaning one table if I could just grab the takeout order. The manager (who wasn't actually doing any work from what I could see. She was just walking back and forth and looking at everyone else work) didn't let me finish a sentence, shook her head at me, pointed her fingers, and yelled at me "no! You need to go back and wait outside!"I mean, customer service 101 is that you at least acknowledge the people who are waiting. No one came outside to say anything for at least 10 minutes. A little "someone will be right with you" goes a long way. But way to show that you don't care at all about people who order takeout through you. Didn't realize this place doesn't consider takeout orderers as customers.
Tasty Mexican lunch, delivery was smooth and easy.We ordered two plates one with chicken and the other with shrimps, both were full of flavours with sour cream, guacamole and salsa sauce.It’s also a great value for money.

8/2023Was blown away at this great find! Located conveniently in the heart of town and 5 minutes from the airport, we were looking to change it up. You'll like the decor upon entering. Simple, festive, quaint, and making it work. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Good mix of locals. By far, the attraction is the food. Diverse menu and very hearty servings! We ordered a bunch of appetizers, so we got to taste a lot. When the entrees came, we were all pleasantly blown away at the portions. It's an excellent bang for your buck! Oh, and the lilikoi margaritas ? are the bomb, too. Up the experience with your favorite tequila. In all, a surprisingly very good Mexican restaurant and a big boy food option! ? ??✌️
