The company needs to change the policy of this store whereby they refuse to allow customers to enter the restroom either on their own or by giving them the code. It is demeaning and overkill, understanding the customers only intent. Humiliating to have to have an employee walk back to the door, enter a code and then actually hold it for at 60+ years of age as if I was a 5-year-old.

Every time we went to this McDonald’s they always messed up our order,always give out wrong order to us! sometimes they didn’t fill up full our drinks! And wasted our money on the food cus its ? the fries is too salty & dry! & Looks old! My kids don’t want to eat it!? even the ice coffee taste lasty! ?I order Ice carmel machiatto! Mind you This is not my first time drinks ice carmel machiatto so i know the taste of it! ??♀️so tonight 03/20/24 i see on the website that it’s open 24 hours! So I call no answer so we went down from Wailuku to Kahului! It’s CLOSE! better update it! Cus waste people gas!!??

I've come in multiple times usually doing a mobile order through the app because of the rewards. I have chosen table service multiple times at this location and they don't bring it to your table they just leave it in the mobile pickup counter area without saying a word but this last time I went, somebody else order table service and it was brought to them. So I guess they do table service when they feel like it? I don't know.
Slowest service I've experienced at MickeyD's in years. Still have a hard time with Maui prices as well, $25 for 4 cheeseburges.

This is so weird to do a bad review for a fast food joint but considering prices are through the roof nowa days it would be nice to get exactly what I order. I never get my order right every time I go to this McDonald’s. Something is either missing or the order is completely wrong. It’s usually never a big deal to me to have my order a little messed up if it happens once in a blue moon, because I understand people make mistakes… but it’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I GO HERE. I’m not too sure what goes on in the kitchen or if the workers got it out for me but like dang. If this wasn’t the closest mcdonald’s after working a night shift I’d go somewhere else.

This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been to. The customers are vile, heartless, and full of hate. The staff basically is rude and detached because of this.There is a person that lives in a white Honda CRV in the parking lot. He has public meltdowns quite often.There are homeless everywhere and panhandlers. There are angry people demanding to get their food. I both pity and despise the staff here at the same time.

It's a McDonald's, so we tend to know exactly what we're getting and can expect it to be wildly mediocre. The problem is when it's pretty dead both inside and in the drive through and yet there's somehow still an insane wait for your food, like twenty some odd minutes. They told us to pull up and wait in a spot, then took forever, the guy walks up to our window and just says, ya here's your food and drops it in the window, and it's the wrong order..

Standard McDonald's food. Staff were nice, helpful, but all the hand sanitizer stations were empty, a few tables were still untidied, and there was a bit of confusion with order numbers. The Big Mac was sloppily assembled, very much fell apart while eating it.
