The food is above average for the price. The food arrives piping hot and quickly from the kitchen. We enjoy the variety of menu items. We enjoy the different self serve spices, sauces, and toppings that are provided at no additional cost. The seating feels a little cramped because it is a small dining area. Most of the workers are friendly.
My family and I enjoyed a flavorful dinner at Ramen Bones in Kahului, on our recent trip to Maui. I was going to meet-up with a longtime friend, who was on a cruise of the Islands with his family. We decided to meet at Ramen Bones, since it wasn't far from where his cruise ship was docked. We were seated promptly upon entering and began to review the menu. Food is great and you don't have to wait very long for it to come to your table. HOWEVER, I have seen staff use the same gloves to clean a table (fingers in the cup and carry off the table), take payment from another customer, then bring out just-made food for another customer at another table. If you decide to go, be mindful of who handles your food.
