“So good! Driving up to the North Shore from the airport we wanted something local. Family owned. No frills just awesome chicken. So juicy. We all had sandwiches and the pulled chicken is more like chunks with some pulled. Not overly shredded. And not doused with sauce. Just a nice enhancement. We had the melts and they were delicious. The bread is crusty but soft inside. An easy bite. And my son loved his Cajun fries. Off street parking in the rear.”

The staff is wonderful and this is always a MUST GO for us and we always take home some of their chili oil/sauce for use at home. So happy they are now packaging it! “Really awesome place we came here to eat and had some awesome drinks .we met the executive chef Luis Axalan he was very nice explaining the concept and he was very helpful explaining the food items . We also tried the Chef’s Special salmon crostini was the best we ever had. The pork Bao buns is to die for!!!! 10/10 for all the food . The drinks were very good also . We will definitely come back . Kailua peeps come down and check them out ..”

“Tried to order online a basic dish, oyster sauce chicken with cake noodle and couldn't. They have banners in front of their restaurant advertising it yet I couldn't order it online.

They might want to get a new webmaster.

Update: changing my rating to 5 stars. Picked up my order. It was ready when I walked on. Still and friendly lady at the register. I've ordered Oyster Sauce Cake Noodle from here for decades. It was okay but not great. Its my favorite so I kept ordering it.

After several years of not going back, today I decided to try again.

Wow! It was totally different. Nice meaty pieces of chicken, lots of greens which is usual for every place ive ordered this. Good cake noodles though I prefer them to be a bit more cakey. And an affordable price.

“This is a solid takeout spot with good poke. There are spots to sit and eat outside. Make sure you ask about their ingredients. I discovered peanuts in their Thai basil poke after I started eating it and sharing with my son who has a peanut allergy. We had to rush to get some allergy meds afterwards so be careful.”

But I quickly learned it stands for Banana Bread Latte on the island 😂 the barista was SO friendly and sweet! The lattes were perfectly balanced and the cold foam was 10/10. My sister said the tiramisu latte was to die for! So glad we stopped by here.”
