I usually avoid constructive review but can’t help this time as service is so bad. Atmosphere is okay, food was cold. Wrong food was served. Server (I think he is the owner) face was like “ Why the heck you guys are here in my restaurant”. I’ll have to go all the way to the kitchen and ask for water. And it took him 10 minutes to come to our table.

Service is atrocious. Late to open, approached our table once seated and basically told us we needed to order or we were going to wait as he had call in orders. So basically - if you want to call in, that is probably the way you should go there to dine. If you expect to be treated like a valued customer - this is not the place to go.

Poor service. Food comes slow and the manager didn’t explain why…I almost missed my plane.

The food here is good.However, it took 50 mins to get all the items we ordered, even after the table who arrived afterwards (Not sure about ).We ordered pineapple fried rice with the highest spicy level but getting spicy fried rice.We also ordered Jasmine rice but never getting it. And it is shown on all recipes.

Terrible service. Staff is impolite and hard to communicate. Waited for horribly long time with only several tables in the restaurant. (The table before me already finished but my food has not arrived :) Worstly, they tried to charge me one additional rice fee without giving me the rice.

The food was good. The service was a bit off-putting. We aren't loud or difficult. The chicken in the chicken satay was perfect. We would have liked a bit more peanut sauce, and in most places, we would have requested that, but we didn't see the server again until the next dish was dropped off. Most of their business seemed to be take-out, understandably. BYOB. The food did all seem to have been freshly prepared and didn't take too long to arrive.
