The poke bowl, short ribs, and lau lau plate were all delicious. We got tips on where to go for music, and they have a convenient self-service quick wait list system. We sat outside on the west edge of the lanai and dealt with flies buzzing about our food. The spicy tequila-rita was watered down. We'd go back again for sure.
Dinner at Umeke's was a very nice experience. We had a brief wait before being seated, then service staff was attentive and we asked plenty of questions as first-timers. Decided on ahi fish tacos and ono fish&chips, both were flavorful and plentiful. Umeke's came on a recommendation from a lady at our hotel, and we were glad we came here.Parking: Busy area with other businesses so be patient and you may have to drive around 2x or 3x but you will eventually find a spot.
