Went there tonight after dinner for dessert. Although I've lived in Kailua for years, I've never stopped by. The management there is clearly poor. They had one, single, young lady behind the counter, taking live orders, taking payments, taking phone orders and making the waffle cones. Whoever owns this place needs to step up and hire a second person. The reason why the wait is so long is because the shop is understaffed and poorly managed. While the ice cream portion was satisfying and delicious, the overall experience was marred by the cashier's rudeness, detracting from an otherwise pleasant visit. Therefore, I'm giving it 3 stars.
