“We started using this meal service to incorporate one healthy premade meal per day. It's a wonderful service and the food is very fresh and tastes wonderful. The meals range from 380 to 600 calories. The grab and go is great for my husband and the meals are good for me in watching my waistline. I also find I'm not in the kitchen as much and have the time and energy to do other things.“

It’s the perfect amount of food and taste so freaking good! It’s like having delicious restaurant leftovers in your fridge 24/7!
