Forget any other shrimp truck on the islands. This is hands down the best. I have taken multiple visitors here after having gone to the other big player on the island and every guest has agreed that Nome Ono is the best. No competition. You also can't beat the gorgeous corrugated lush green mountain backdrop. Spicy garlic shrimp all day.

Not much to catch your eye when you drive by, but the service was top notch and the food was delicious (first time having garlic shrimp and yes, it was rich and creamy). Also had the coconut shrimp. I was reading reviews closer while eating and wish I would have tried to the steak instead of the coconut shrimp as it seems to be a fan favorite. The black cat is a fan of the garlic shrimp - highly recommend sharing what you have leftover with the little buddy.Parking: Parking was limited, but there are 5-6 spots behind the food truck.

Stopped by after visiting the Byodo temple. At first sight, food didn't look amazing but tasted good. You can taste the cornstarch in it but has good flavor. I've had Giovanni's garlic shrimp and this had more flavor and the shrimps were bigger and juicier. Just wished the shell was removed but it's ok. There are a lot of flies so beware.

It’s delicious! The steak rice bowl is almost like the rib rice bowl you eat during the holidays!! The portion is so large that two people can eat two, so be careful... haha.

Location is a bit random; the lake-mountain view behind it is beautiful. it's on a busy road with few walking options. The garlic shrimp was good; the sauce is very creamy and buttery, a different style than blue wave in northshore.Parking: 4-6 spots, gravel lot. It wasnt busy when we got there around 1pm
