Paris is nothing special.The chop steak was crazy.Personally, it was tastier than Giovanni's.The quantity is also very large.It is self-proclaimed as one of the top three chop steak restaurants in Hawaii.
Location is a bit random; the lake-mountain view behind it is beautiful. it's on a busy road with few walking options. The garlic shrimp was good; the sauce is very creamy and buttery, a different style than blue wave in northshore.Parking: 4-6 spots, gravel lot. It wasnt busy when we got there around 1pm

Not much to catch your eye when you drive by, but the service was top notch and the food was delicious (first time having garlic shrimp and yes, it was rich and creamy). Also had the coconut shrimp. I was reading reviews closer while eating and wish I would have tried to the steak instead of the coconut shrimp as it seems to be a fan favorite.
