Thank you to Derek, our chef for preparing delicious fish! Would've been 5 stars however our waitress was inattentive and we waited 30 minutes past our reservation to be seated.
Yummy as usual. Arrived @ 5:00 pm to be first in line for a walk-in table. No reservations so we were offered a seat at either the sushi bar or two other bars. We chose the sushi bar. The sushi chef served up delicious fresh ahi and hamachi and an ahi maki. The mahi was garlicky and served w capers. Delicious!

We had our Kintaro dinner last night. Everything was amazing! The drinks, the famous Kim family's won ton's, Kaua'i's best since the 1960's, incredible tako cucumber salad was so fresh, the triple sashimi, teriyaki beef skewer, chicken skewer, rock & roll sushi roll and shrimp tempura.
