Very enjoyable, good tasting burger, onion, rings, and milkshake. The total was $22 not including tip for me that was a little more than I'm used to paying for an out of towner. The server and cashier were super nice plus I didn't have to wait for food. so I think I would recommend this place. You've got nothing to lose only an upside great tasting meal.

I so wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place has gone absolute down hill. street burger has gone through a few owners in the past few years, and it's progressively getting worse. Sad thing the owner/manager doesn't seem to care what people think either. Food used to be worth the bad service, but now the food doesn't even make up for it. Placed a takeout order online through their website, ordered at 5:30pm said it would be ready by 6:42pm. We live about 15 min away, so I called a few times to try to make sure it would be ready, no answer. We arrived about 7:10pm. When we got there the restaurant had barley even 20% of its capacity filled if that, however there were quite a few people attempting to check in and the manager/owner checking people in just saying " we're busy 45 min and walking away". People trying to put their name on a waitlist would just stand there waiting after he said that, and ended up leaving clueless of what do to next. While waiting for someone to greet us, my husband talked to a man who was waiting on the bench and said he'd been there for 30 min waiting for a take out order that was supposed to have been ready. When the manager/owner came over to us, we let him know we were there to pick up a take out order, asked us our name walked away, came back a few minutes later and asked what we needed help with, we reiterated our reason for being there. He went back to the kitchen area, came back a few minutes later said it's "being worked on". Walked away again. When he returned minutes later I asked him may I get a approximate wait time, if it was going to take too long I'd rather cancel. (Side note: I've worked previously in restaurants for over 10 years so I know when a restaurant is busy and "working on something" they haven't even started. We had family waiting at home, hungry for sure by this time, and didn't want to wait much longer.) So after a few minutes, he comes back and says yeah it'll take a while, and yet to give me a time ever, so I ask him to just cancel and get a refund . I also said "just as advice for future Buisness, I suggest if you can't fulfill take out orders you call people to let them know" he proceeded to argue with me about how it's online, and I'm like correct my phone number is attached to it. Again no apology. Just walked away. He comes back again after a few minutes and was like "did you need anything else" I'm like "yes my refund". He comes back, again, a few minutes later and was like what was the name again? Astounded I just responded with our name. He then proceeds to bring me a refunded receipt which only displays $89, I left a tip on the original order for a total of $102 and told him he didn't refund me the whole amount. He said yes I did, and at this point I said no, I want the tip refunded back as well, and he said he refunded whatever the order was. He asked me to pull up my card transactions. I showed him charge, and not even a pending refund he said just wait it'll be there, then said we'll it could take a while. I showed him my receipt and he disappears for minutes yet again, and then comes back and is like your food is being made now. I'm like we don't want it anymore. I want my full refund. And he's like it's being made now. I was so dumbfounded by his reactions, demeanor and inability to even have empathy or understanding. He brings us our food, says he'll "adjust the check accordingly" and leaves. We were so fed up at this point I figure let's just worry about the refund amount later I'll call to complain. Sure enough. Adjusting accordingly meant I finally got the whole refund for $102, but then I got recharged the $102 after we left. Seriously???? At this point we should just be comped, and again I told him he was not getting tipped. Got home, the order wasn't even close to what we had ordered. We ordered bacon bbq burgers and got some odd burger wit

Great, friendly, and quick service. Enjoyed my burger and fries. The ketchup has a distinct taste that I actually liked

Second time coming here. First time was pretty great. Onion rings were crispy and the batter was flavorful. This is a review for our second time on a Saturday night. TLDR: onion rings bad, batch of fries undercooked, burgers were cooked fine, ahi tuna was way over cooked, beer was good, service was really nice about the whole ordeal. We came as a party of 5, ordered 4 burgers and one ahi tuna burger and one order of onion rings I'll start with the fries. 4/5 orders of fries were well cooked. One of our was definitely undercooked leaning towards raw. They must've forgotten to try it again. One of the fries were exchanged for Parmesan garlic and it severely lacked either flavoring. Might as well just called it a regular fries and charge me 6$ more. 3/5. Ahi tuna burger. Waitress said it would be cooked medium rare. What we got was basically well done tuna fish. Over cooked. 1/5 Rest of the burgers were cooked well. However they only asked one of our party members how they liked their burgers cooked and they said medium and they took it to mean that all of our burgers were supposed to be medium. Luckily they ended up cooked with a nice pink center. Though I'd have to say they didn't taste like much. 3/5. Onion rings. I don't know what happened here. The batter was almost non existent. The rings were flabby, oily, and lacked any flavor. Definitely would skip. It was also hella small. Like one ring per person. Burger King has better ones. 1/5. Beers were good. 5/5 They were nice enough to take off the onion rings, and gave us a minor discount. Overall I'm kind of sad because we did like this place. The waitress said it was late at night and since they are closed on Sunday, the cooks were ready to go home. Like seriously? We came in at 730 and they close at 8. It's not like we came in right at closing. The redeeming quality is that our server, Naomi, was incredible and so so friendly. She was apologetic about the food and answered a lot of our questions. She even asked if there was anything she could do to make our night better. We might give it another shot next time where here but it's hard to justify after this.

Go to this restaurant if you want a WIDE CRAFT SELECTION OF BEERS! Has a huge list and very fun to try them! The burgers were also great!! I believe i ordered the ahi burger with fries! So so so ono! The service was great and it was a happening place to be!!! Very busy, I recommend the outside seating bc the restaurant has no A/C!! We had a group of 4 and made a reservation for this restaurant!! The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 was they were out of a lot of things we wanted to order BEERS + entrees!! I would return when visiting Kauai but only if I was staying in the area.. its not a restaurant to go out of your way to visit!

We have been coming back every year for 7 years. I love this place and when I heard there were new owners this year, I wasn't sure if it would still be as good. We were not disappointed! Maybe not as busy as in the past, but every bit as good. The burgers are the best! I had the street burger with pork belly and an egg. Amazing! The beer selection is the best around and every one came in a chilled glass. Our server was very good, while I forgot his name his timing was spot on. We sat on the open covered patio. Definitely coming back next year!

The fries were to die for! Amazing burgers and fries - either eat in or take out. They were able to do a lettuce wrap for a gluten free meal. Definitely a great meal in Kapa’a.

Streetburger used to be my favorite restaurant. No more. They have changed hands and everything else. Instead of a wood-fired grill, they have a standard hash house flat grill. No more lovely smoky flavor in the burgers. The fries used to be the best anywhere, crisp and perfect — something to look forward to. The fries we got last night were undercooked and over-salted. They have changed the fabulous homemade ketchup recipe (which I could have happily eaten with a spoon — and I am not a ketchup lover) and it’s now more or less what you get in a bottle. They have reduced the menu and started offering “tapas” — seriously?? The last time we ate there, I had to send my burger back twice — overdone, no bacon (on a barbecue bacon burger) — plus I requested no bun and got a bun. Last night I called for takeout, and was rudely told I could order online. When I said there was no provision for special requests, I was just as rudely asked “like what?” Like the sauce on the side. And no bun. And toast the bun on my husband’s cheeseburger. “We always toast the buns on the grill!” They toasted his bun. And I also got a bun — untoasted. And no “fizzled onion.” The fries were undercooked and over-salted, and even 10 minutes in a 450 degree oven couldn’t crisp them. Goodbye, Streetburger. You used to be the best.

My first time under new management. The burgers are great. A good variety of toppings . The burgers are hearty. Love the onion rings. Hand battered and crunchy. They have a full bar.

Paniolo $18 Tomato jam, grilled onion, aged gouda, fried egg, arugula Super sweet burger, side of fries were cold & limp, ketchup tasted like tomato paste, pickles were sweet! One bite was enough for me. Catch of the day, Ahi tuna $24 Ahi was tasty, but side of fries were also cold & limp. Same issue with the tomato paste ketchup & sweet pickles. Service was courteous. Food unfortunately didn't live up to the 4.5 stars on Yelp.

Came in after a long day at hanalei and anini beach. Walked in around 5 pm on a Saturday and wasn't too busy. The goat cheese croissant was interesting and delicious. For the main course, had the Wailua Burger and the saltiness of the spam and the sweetness from the marmalade was a good balance. It was my favorite over the Frenchie Burger. The service was excellent and everyone was super nice and attentive.

Absolutely one of the best burgers I have ever had. Honestly amazing. A must try. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned!

As title states, the burgers were nothing spectacular, except for the price (which I know is to be expected in Kauai) and the fries were incredibly soggy...almost as if the oil they were fried in had been used for weeks. The bartender who took my to go order, though, was nice and personable.

Absolutely loved the burgers here! I got the street burger and it was perfect. It comes with an egg and I asked for it to be cooked a little more so than how it is normally served which is sunny side up. Came out perfect and every bite was declined paired with a cocktail. You won't be disappointed and outdoor seating was beautiful on a warm sunny day. Best burgers!
