I have to say that this is one of my favorite places on the west side of Oahu for Pho, Tofu Pad Thai, Lemon grass tofu sandwich and Shrimp Papaya salad. The food, price, and service are all great. Everything is tasty, affordably priced, and quick friendly service. Menu is decent sized with a variety of dishes with the usual classic Vietnamese dishes and boba drinks. Went to buy pho and Pho Kapolei due to rainy weather and it didn't disappoint. Food was awesome and very tasty. The broth was one of the best broth I've tasted here in Kapolei and the Banh Mi bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Will go back soon to try more of their dishes. Family owned restaurant with awesome service, clean and sleek atmosphere, but more importantly the dishes were on point! Both pho and bbh were full of flavor. Loved that I found this special place on this island.
