Overall it was a good experience. The food was good and they made the food pretty fast.They mixed up a couple of our group's orders and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest though.
Went through the Kapolei drive thru tonight around 10:33 and the young man working the window informed us the credit card machine wasn't working. He said he would have to ring us up at the front register. We drove off after our food was handed to us and the young man ran out, chased us through the parking lot (we were already in front of Cheesecake Factory) to make sure we got our card back. Much mahalo to the young man for going above and beyond saving us a trip back
