On my recent trip to Maui, we stumped upon this gem located in a tennis club. It's recently changed owners and the menu has been updated. We went three times in a week. It was that good. Highlights, all their cocktails are made with fresh pressed juices. Best Mai Tai's around! We devoured this menu as it changes daily with what is fresh for the day. The cashew Alfredo pasta, vegan nachos, bok choy, and jackfruit tacos were some of the highlights of the menu.
Well I can say that the menu is plant based and guilt free but it doesn't taste like it. It's more like comfort food at least in the night time. in the day there's a health bar and the views are pretty amazing.

By far the best food we've had in Maui! You can really tell the cook made the food with care and love. It's in a bit of a hard to find location as it's over a tennis facility but just park across the street (there's a sign saying restaurant and tennis parking) and walk down the stairs. Really cool open air vibe and the staff were super chill. Yay delicious vegan food! (though they also serve some seafood dishes too).
