2nd time we’ve gone and they got our order wrong . Either the very 1st time they forgot to put waffle but from what I’ve read there is no waffle in the strawberry banana parfait and we did not want waffle in it but this is the 2nd time they put it in. And now they burnt my kids waffles. Not very happy with this.

District Manager didn't let their employees speak to me in Ilocano nor Tagalog and, the district manager's customer service was rude and unprofessional.

Terrible service. They don't blend the smoothies well and don't make them how they are ordered. Just a bunch of kids in there that are more worried about talking story than doin their jobs. This place used to be great.

I’m literally surviving off of soft foods and shakes/smoothies and Jamba Juice is my favorite healthy source of smoothies to get nutrients in my body while I can’t eat regular food at the moment! Check out the Pi’ikea location because they make some bomb smoothies?

Went in and was told “Hi, right now we’re actually not accepting orders because someone just went on their break and I’m not trained on register.”Yikes. No timeline for when I could order, or other options given. Ie - online ordering

Called back and it picked up but one one would respond. Poor service at its finest.

We decided to skip dinner and have a smoothie instead. I had the strawberry whirl. They should have called it a apple pear whirl since that is all I could taste. Hubby had one of the classics and he wasn't impressed either. We won't go back.

This specific Jamba juice needs a lot of work. it smells awful (like a bathroom) and is extremely dirty. i felt a little gross eating food from here tbh. Got an açaí bowl with tapioca pearls (that I've got 20+ times) the girl at the register (only one wearing a mask) says they can't put boba in the bowls.... i tell her ive got it many times. she gives me a look with lots of attitude and proceeds to type it in. I also got 2 Belgium waffles. I tell her thank you and tip her $5, no response. when ready She puts our food on the counter, doesn't say anything. i tell her thank you again and am ignored. i'll take the tip back lol. our waffles are barely warm and taste a little strange. not a fan of this location mainly because of the awful smell and dirtiness. all the employees could use some customer service skills:)

Jamba Juice as a whole is impressive already but what made this location a stand out for me was the young staff members who went over and above to serve a physically challenged patron who could not get in the door with his mobile chair. Bonus our Jambas were made perfectly too!

Really disappointed in the Acai bowl, fruit was not fresh and the frozen slushy part was already melted/thawed and more soupy.
