We were so lucky to stumble upon Life of Thai this afternoon! They are located in a sweet ring of food trucks with plenty of shaded seating (dog friendly, easy parking). I ordered the vegetable fried rice and it was excellent. ALL the vegetables were SO fresh, plus a generous juicy slice of lime. The owner is adorable and so friendly. I got there 3 min before closing and with smiling faces they took my order for a red curry. I’ll be honest, I haven’t really been impressed with the food here in Hawaii or the quantity either, but this big bowl of red curry was actually the best! Comes piping hot and feels wholesome. The atmosphere here is definitely family friendly. Thank you!

Simple the best! June really knows what he’s doing. We had the Red Curry (chicken) & the chicken drunken Noodles. If you ever have a craving for some Thai food this is the place.
