We were so lucky to stumble upon Life of Thai this afternoon! They are located in a sweet ring of food trucks with plenty of shaded seating (dog friendly, easy parking). I ordered the vegetable fried rice and it was excellent. ALL the vegetables were SO fresh, plus a generous juicy slice of lime. The owner is adorable and so friendly. I was so impressed with the entire transaction that I had to write a review, which I rarely take the time to do. I can't wait to go back and try other vegetarian dishes he makes. Thank you Life of Thai. I hope you are successful here on Maui!

I got there 3 min before closing and with smiling faces they took my order for a red curry. I’ll be honest, I haven’t really been impressed with the food here in Hawaii or the quantity either, but this big bowl of red curry was actually the best! Comes piping hot and feels wholesome. The atmosphere here is definitely family friendly. Thank you!

So good. Best Thai!! This place is consistently good. We visit often and it never disappoints. Good portions. At other places I get 3-4 shrimps but here my bowl is loaded up. It’s also such a reasonable price.

Food was alright , small portions and their spice levels are on the high side , we got 5 out of 10 spice levels for the basil stir fry and it was much hotter than other Thai food trucks we tried on the island .Vegetarian options: They had options with tofu and veggies and no egg preparations .

I have eaten here a few times and the food was great! Even my son whom has refused to eat anything outside of his chosen few foods liked the cashew stir fry. I bought it for me and but when I realized he would eat it I let him have it. I'm so glad that there is at least one dish that he will eat from Thai places.The only complaint that I have about this place is that when we order extra vegetables or extra meat it just looks like standard size (we have had both). We order extra because the servings are small. But there doesn't seem to be any difference when we do this. It seems like we're just spending extra money for nothing.

Pad see ew, very flavorful. The wok fried egg just adds a great touch.Red curry, creamy, kaffir lime leaf and holy basil, authentic.For 30$ for both you cant go wrong.

Needed a thai food fix me up and this was the spot that hit. I always judge a thai restaurant on how well it does based on the pad thai, which is what I ordered. It was great except for the cabbage, usually not seen in pad thai. My sister did order the tom yum kang? Whatever was tom yum soup with PRAWNS (6 by the way!) Well worth the price as that soup was super flavorful. Highly recommend this spot! Eat it fresh there, makes for a better experience.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST THAI FOOD ON THE ISLAND. Back on the mainland I get Thai 2-3x a week and I had yet to find anywhere on Maui that was as good in all my years growing up here. Life of Thai changed that though, their food is PERFECT, so flavorful, absolutely a 10/10. They also have wonderful service! You would be wrong to go anywhere else.

Came out piping hot and pretty quick and I was overall very satisfied after the meal. Would definitely be back if I come back to Maui.
