My wife and I arrived at 8pm for dinner and Audra (the hostess I assume) immediately greeted us with a smile and hello. Our waitress Lianalei was very knowledgeable and friendly and tended to all our dining needs. Our blooming onion and sauce was crispy and tasty. The salad was fresh and crisp and the baked potatoe soup was hearty and flavorful. Our baked potatoes were hot and loaded with toppings. The coconut shrimp and sauce had a good texture and flavor too. Our steaks came out done to our desired doneness and bursting with flavor. The bread and butter were very good as well. Thank you for a great dinner out. We will be returning on another date night.

Absolutely amazing perfect service every single time , when our beautiful Ms Audra is working . She is so professional and making sure satisfaction is on top! Our waitress Lianalei gave us VIP service throughout our comforting dinner and desert ! I wish we could give a million stars because this has been the best experience ever, food was perfection!!! My wife and I feel compelled to reach out to your establishment to compliment you and your staff. We stopped in for a drink a quick bite for lunch yesterday, We had forgotten how good the food was. We were really impressed with the whole experience, but especially with our server. She was so sweet and really made us feel special, like we were part of her family…. I am a little embarrassed not being sure of her name, but I think it was Silvia or Silvie…? Either way, we had a wonderful time. WOW... talk about crappy service when trying to put in a phone order, then you get a way smaller portion and on top of that then they hit you with a $1.99 HI GREEN FEE which just gets added on to pay for to go containers and a paper bag. Never ever will I come back to this place. We used to eat here often before moving to the mainland but never ever will i come back here when we are visiting Maui. Unreal, and no I don't care about $2, its the principal

The meal was delicious, top of the line. The steak was cooked perfectly and with scrumptious mashed potatoes. The staff is attentive and kind. The service was exceptional. An older guest, who lives in the neighborhood, after enjoying his meal, discovered that his Uber wasn't working. The owner heard about it and offered to drive him home. Any restaurant owner who treats his guests/customers like family, and offers delicious fare, deserves as much business as he/she can handle. Top Notch!!!

The meal was great! The service was exceptional. After a delicious meal, an older guest whose Uber didn't work didn't know what to do. The owner learned of the situation and offered to drive him home. There are no words to describe that kind of hospitality. Treating your customers/guests like family. On top of that the food is excellent. It's about the only restaurant in the area where you can enjoy a high-quality steak, and the mashed potatoes are the best! Five Stars.

We live here on Maui and were very disappointed with our meal. Ordered a 15 Oz Riley medium which was well done and so thin it felt like I was chewing on leather. Vegetables were undercooked and served whole (broccoli and carrots), very difficult to eat. Ordered a rum and coke which tasted like cough syrup and we were not even given plates for our loaf of bread. Then during our entire meal we had different waiters showing up with orders for different tables (they didn't even know which table they were for!) We were very disappointed with this restaurant and will not be going back.

I know it's wrong to go to the outback when you're traveling, but we don't have one at home and I secretly enjoy it. This place was great, the staff were all super friendly, the food was awesome, and cierra (our server) was on point! Thanks for topping off our vacation with a bang.

The food was excellent! Our server Ashlee L. was attentive, friendly and courteous. The price of our lunch was very reasonable. We love Outback! (Forgot to take pic of my salad)
Took an hour for our 3 dinners to arrive which wasn’t awful had they not been served completely cold and our med and med rare steaks were cooked very well done. Dry and cold. Baked potato also cold. Chicken Sandwich & fries served the same way. Presentation was horrible too. I saw several tables returning their food too. Must be losing a lot of money. I would expect them to close soon. Sever was ok because I could tell she was overwhelmed but trying. We live locally and will never return.

Denis was amazing! Such a sweet dude! We went in to have a nice dinner for our last day on the island. We were promptly greeted by Denis. His warm welcome smile, funny personality and attentiveness. Which is normally not the case inside of a chain like Outback. Restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms and the food was delicious! Make sure you ask for Denis when you come to dine!

5 stars to the staff. I've been there 3xs. 1st time, sat at the bar, the bartender was on point with the cocktails and the conversation. 2nd time we sat for dinner. Uncle was on it. So sweet, best service. 3rd time I ordered via DoorDash. The app was acting up, per usual (I give DoorDash 1 star all around). I called in to the restaurant directly & asked them to please make sure my DD order came w/ no mayo (since The DoorDash app was glitching). Also, made 1 additional modification. The person that answered at Outback was super nice and our order was perfect, no thanks to DoorDash lol.

One of the worst meals I'be had in a very long time. Ordered Fish and Chips. The fish was rubbery and the fries were dried up bits of brown crisps that looked like they'd been in the bottom of the fryer. Server was dismissive when we complained and never returned of our table, not even to offer a refill on water. Would not return or recommend.
