I live on Maui and stumbled on this food truck after a basketball game with my kids. Had not read the reviews, so did not know what to expect. What a treat! Just fantastic barbecue!! We ordered the baby back ribs. Best ribs on Maui and best ribs I've had in general in a long time. It's become harder and harder to find good quality food, post Covid and inflation, but this place hit the mark and would recommend it to anyone!

This place has amazing food. The smoked bbq kalbi was awesome, I cannot express how tender the meat was. The taste of the kalbi was a step up from normal kalbi, but the bbq sauce was not overpowering. Honestly I don’t think I could make this at home. I will be back!
