Came here for brunch and made it a little late so it was already lunch. Actually glad because their brunch was too fancy for me, lobster Benedict etc. We got the mushroom hummus appetizer, cob salad, poke bowl, veggie burger, tofu sandwich, veggie quesadilla and ahi burger, they were all really good ! You also get to enjoy the great ambiance this place has to offer.
We had Easter Brunch on March 31, 2024. The buffet was plentiful, and the food was excellent. This is a $$$$ experience. Easter Brunch for 3 people came to $329 before tip. That said, we enjoyed a very pleasant fine dining experience in a beautiful environment with well-behaved diners and children. Parking was free on Easter Sunday - Mahalo. The Grand Hyatt is absolutely beautiful and worth the visit.

The breakfast buffet was incredible. Everything I had was delicious. I started with eggs benedict, pork hash, frittata and bacon. All were incredible fresh, warm and beyond delicious. The bacon was some of the best I’ve ever had. I fished with two plates of pancakes and French toast topped with whipped butter, toasted coconut, chopped macadamias and warm coconut syrup.
