Sushi rolls are good but not outstanding. It's hard to mess up fresh fish in Hawaii. It's a resort and it's the Hyatt so expect it to be expensive. Drinks were good. If you're staying at the Hyatt and want sushi you'll be happy.
Nice ambience, only have seafood options, which was unfortunate for our group because we had one person who does not eat seafood. I've never been to any sushi restaurant that did not offer other options outside of seafood. However, they were kind enough to bring a steak from another restaurant in the hotel, which was very accommodating and appreciated. The best place for sushi in Kauai! The chefs specials are spectacular, the edamame has just the right amount of spice, and the flourless chocolate cake is the best way to end. Everything we have ordered has always been amazing!
