Attentive waiter with wonderful meal. We had the fish sandwich with pineapple slaw that was sweet and delicious. The Cesar salad with shrimp was loaded with cheese and large crunchy croutons. Dessert was the mango cheesecake with berries- creamy and sweet. Lovely ambiance with the lights glowing over the pool. A little heron walked by us to fish in the pond as we watched the sunset in the distance.....
We've eaten here many times however this was the first time after the fires impacted the number of restaurants open. In the past the menu was quite healthy with many options that I could choose from. The menu now seems quite different featuring mostly deep fried and cheesy options. Since this is the only restaurant open for the three Westin resorts we are disappointed in the profound lack of healthy dining options.
