Ordered 2 poke bowls and a sushi roll. All of it was amazing, from the quality of the fish to the temperature of the rice. This family knows what they're doing. Smash Maui smashed it out of the park.
Fantastic local's roach coach park in Lahaina with very competitive pricing compared to the one opposite Times which is getting as pricey as restaurants! Free parking too, and a good selection of ethnic foods, all tasty (yes we have eaten at them all multiple times...lol).Smash makes the BEST sushi, mouthwateringly good, fresh and accompanied by their Smash Sauce...YUM! This is so good, and not over priced. Truck is ran by a small family so you have to check their ig page to make sure they’re open. Wait time is not too long, food is 20/10 highly recommend.
