Went here on a suggestion from a friend, was absolutely the beat experience. Service was super great.Had the black garlic braised short rib, yummmmmm. Wife had the catch of the day, another winner. Started off with a got stone wagyu and borrata appetizer. All was an absolute treat.
We've now eaten here twice within the week while staying at the Ritz Kapalua. Food is excellent-hot the Maui onion dip (outstanding, light, great flavor) and the poke with shrimp cups appetizers-excellent again. They had a scallops appetizer that was delicious as well, which I ordered the other night. Tonight's special was house made gnocchi in a very light basil tomato sauce with lobster. Great spot within the Ritz. Good food, great service and good cocktails. Catch of the day was great - always able to get a reservation even during Spring break - even accommodated our bigger party of 8. We went twice on our trip it was so good.Kid-friendliness: Took four young boys here - they were great and very accommodating. Big area on the grass for them to run around and play.
