“Really enjoyed my late evening experience at the restaurant thanks to the friendly bartender, Markus. In a very personable manner, we chatted about life and dipped into music and religion. Good employees are what makes a joint worth returning to and I’ll drop in again. The food came out FAST and I liked that the quesadillas came with real guacamole! Two types of IPA on tap—a Hanalei and Lagunitas, so plenty to enjoy! Thank you!“

“This place is a little slice of Kauai heaven. Get the Drift Dip (a must). Get any of their on tap brews and just mellow out and enjoy the music. Live music on certain days and the whole vibe here is chill. Service is great, attentive and personable. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.“

“We are from Paso Robles California and I work at Sculpterra winery .. I was pouring for 3 ladies and Barb had told me that her brother owned a wine shop in Koloa .. I said we have family n friends there we will go! So went and met Dan and his wife at their store and made reservations for dinner at the Tasting Room.. we ordered sparkling wine .. the small Charcuterie board ( yum) we ordered the smoked beet salad and French onion soup.. we didn’t even get the larger bites cause this was enough ( but we saw the rib eye steak n salmon being served and they looked awesome )and then we indulged in the toffee!!We met Megan and Dani who were gracious and fun !! We had a delightful time !! You need to go!!!“

“The duck confit kale salad was dressed perfectly with a namasu-like Japanese pear~sweet tart & savory, Slightly spicy arugula w/ oh so sweet honeycomb contrasted with goat cheese crostini and oh my goodness ahi tartar w/ wonderful crunchy bites of takuan, like everything so beautiful to look at, and so fun and delicious to eat... My friend had the slow braised beef cheek , beef jus - a special dish, like a treasured surprise under cover she described it as a succulent delight of tender marinated beef that fell apart in your mouth The Ahi & Hokkaido scallops yuzu buerre blanc was so fresh and tantalizing to the palate with the refreshing citrus yuzu and creamy butter contrasting but complimenting“

“The local masseuse Hope recommended La Spezia to me and I am so grateful she did ! I did not have a reservation and we were 2 people so I asked the lovely hostess Pam if she could seat us at the bar. She sat us 2 minutes later where we were greeted by the awesome Matty. He was attentive and professional. Everything we ordered from the olives to the tortellini to Nonna's lasagne was absolutely excellent. I will definitely be back!“

“The food is delicious. However, after ordering, you have to wait a long time for the food to be served at the restaurant rather than the beach.
