“I went to Paia for lunch after a surf. First visit to this place, I found it from high Google reviews. Initially, I was stoked to give it a go from the healthy menu. I chose the "Burrito Bowl" as it has delicious looking ingredients. Don't get me wrong, it was absolutely delicious! However, the portion was small for the price in my opinion. Otherwise, definitely good! I'd recommend it. The staff, as previous reviews mention, acted like they couldn't care less where they were or that they had customers not.“

“I'm visiting from Canada and a local I met on a trail run recommended I come try this place. Omg their BLT is to DIE FOR..so much so that I was on Maui twice in two weeks and came back to get another BLT (I normally do not double dab on vacation, so I can try new places). The second time I visited I almost didn't make it because they were closing. But they were lovely enough to accomodate one more order! The ingredients were fresh and so delicious. And the focaccia was perfect. I will be dreaming about this sandwich for the rest of my life. If and when I come back to Maui, I will for sure be coming to grab another one.“

“We wanted to leave a review about Ocean, the wonderful proprieter of this business. Not only did she serve us refreshing coconuts with a smile, but she made our whole visit to Maui unforgettable. My family and I arrived hours down the road in Hana and realized that my mother had left her purse at Maui Coconut Company. Money, ID for travel, phone, etc., everything she needed on our trip was in that purse. On a chance phone call to Mom's cell phone, Ocean picked up the phone and said the purse was secured with her, and she would meet us later to return it. Such an immense relief to know the purse was not lost and/or worse. Ocean went out of her way to connect with us that evening and get it back to my mom. I say this seriously: in a time when we all seem to be going mad, and people are at odds with one another, and crime and corruption seems to be the order of the day, to have one person with integrity and honest character treat her customers with the utmost in respect and ethics is super encouraging. It's nice to know that people still wish to care for other people. We thank Ocean for her kindness and goodwill. We hope everyone will support Maui Coconut Company as this business also has been working to support the people and animals of Lahaina.“

“Joy place is a long-term maui business that provides what I would call 1970s style health food. It's a combination of food that was in diet for a small planet a cookbook that was extremely popular in the 70s which introduced vegetarianism to the masses and another cookbook book called the moosewood cookbook, which also had kind of whole-grain non-commercial recipes. The Quality of the food at this place is very good, but it is it does cost more than average. Inflation has hit a lot of food, providers, caterers, and restaurants and its hard for me to figure out if the prices they are fair. I know no one is getting rich at this catering shop. Today I had a Buddhas bowl and the Thai mushroom soup. Both were very tasty. I bought two small desserts and it came to $36. When I brought the food home I heated up the soup in the microwave. I thought it was very good. I wouldn't to call it particularly hearty. And the Buddhas bowl was tasty. It had quinoa in it.. I actually made myself a small half sandwich so that I would round out the meal. The Buddhist bowl was filling the soup was not. I ordered two desserts. There was a pumpkin dessert and a cashew base by the time I got home in 30 minutes it had melted a bit and the consistency wasn't what I expected. I think it would've been good if I eat it right at the store. I also got a bar which was an oat bar with chocolate and some other items in it. That was also pretty good I put it back in the fridge raider for a couple of hours and it did return to work. I hoped it would be this dessert was tasty. Overall I'm a fan of this place. It breaks the mold of cookie-cutter caterers in restaurants. There's no seating it's essentially a commercial kitchen with a grab and go cooler and a few items that I think you can order at the counter. Unique and worth checking out.“

“Solid place in Wailuku. I got the Maca Shake and my husband an Açaí Bowl. The Maca shake has dates, macadamia, cocoa, banana - basically a dessert smoothie. I was debating between that and one of their milks which was a little less thick and they have a great policy that you can sample up to 2. It was super nice of her as she opened a new bottle and I'm glad I was able to try it - delicious but a bit too rich to drink the whole bottle. My husband enjoyed his bowl. Overall, the space it small but cute and they have a great window seating area with high top tables and chairs for a few people on each side.“

“Perfect spot right before or after you arrive in Maui at the OGG airport. So many choices too in this one location but I'd just spent the last 8 hours working my way to Maui, it was hot and humid and an Açaí bowl sounded filling and refreshing! It was both. Easy ordering directions on-site for all the variations and I think I waited maybe 5 minutes for my order. I ordered a small so it's large quantities! I also ordered "da'works minus the coconut" husband ordered from a different food truck (looked to be 8-10 trucks there and on the same street just down a bit was another lot with more food trucks). YouTube had suggested these food trucks and it was a great spot so close to the airport and supporting local small businesses! It was fun to sit with others at shared tables and watch the chickens amble by.“

“Great place to take the kids to learn about bees, agriculture, and just hanging out to suck up the nature and awesome experience. They serve coffee drinks and lots more! Stop by their store to get some in-home, honey, vegetables, avocados, bananas, and a smile... Love, love, love this place!!“
