Best BBQ in town! Never a disappointment — will be back SOON!

This is the dryest pork and brisket I've ever tasted the spicy Mac kinda good along with the corn bread, but good lord no juice at all on the pork/brisket the smoked link is a Georgia red hot not smoked at all. Y'all give smoked meat a horrible name.

I like the food. Are you sure this place is still open? I struck out the last 4 or 5 times I came to get something. All attempts made within the posted hours window. Been missing the peppers and beans.

Pretty elementary cooking... macaroni is mush... brisket is so full of sodium barely edible. Store bought potato salad.

The pulled pork grilled cheese is REALLY GOOD! Almost like Texas toast style. The mac has too much pepper and it’s not creamy at all. I didn’t eat the Mac. The pineapple coleslaw is nothing to rave about either. Not fresh pineapple so there is no pineapple flavor. It was alright. I would eat here again without a side.

Finally made to Tin Hut to try their BBQ. I was very intrigued when I heard Frank Diaz on the radio a few weeks ago tell his story about his company and some of the struggles he went through during COVID. I really felt the urge to support this local business who has also in turn supported many other local businesses as well. While most of there food trucks are on military bases, they also have a location at Pearl Highlands Food Court. My wife, daughter, and I all ordered the beef brisket plate (their most popular). I got mine with baked beans and corn bread. The BBQ sauce was a prefect amount to cover all the beef without losing any of the beef taste. Great Southern BBQ sauce that was tangy and yet bold flavor. The beans were baked just right. The corn bread was a little dry to my taste but was still well done. Overall, a solid place to visit and support.

Over priced. $13 for this s**** I was expecting a heavy plate but instead the wind almost blew it away LOL I have never been so disappointed in my life elementary schools gives more food than this and it's cheaper.

Very small portions. Even the sides were small portions. Pulled pork was very thinly pulled. Almost like hair, which made it dry. They gave a small container of bbq sauce which was only 1/4 filled. Would not go there again.

This doesn't look like 1lb that cost me $12, more like scraps of meat. Will not return there to dine.

I went to Tin Hut BBQ the other day for lunch. I was actually planning on getting a sandwich from Jersey Mike's, which is located in the same food court, but I saw that the Tin Hut was open and I've been meaning to give it a try. I decided to take the opportunity since they are not always open. I decided to try a combination plate to get a taste of a variety of items. I ended up with BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken, and the BBQ Pork Burnt Ends. I also got the BBQ Beans and Potato Salad as my sides. The sides were good. The BBQ Beans and Potato Salad were both very flavorful. The BBQ Ribs were okay, but they didn't have that smoke ring that I have come to expect with great BBQ. The BBQ Chicken and BBQ Pork Burnt Ends were also okay, but also didn't seem to have the smoke flavor that I like. I still have them 4 stars, only because it is so difficult to find great BBQ in Hawaii and they will do when I have a craving for BBQ.

Their meats are slow cooked to perfection bursting with flavor, easy to eat. A growing local crowd, and the rise of tourist visits makes this eatery, a popular and recommended place to visit!

We saw this place the last time we were there but we had sushi & Chinese in the lil' food court. Had teen boy with us so daddy decided to try since it was our "Cheat Day"!!! Husband tried the Pork Ribs with white rice and onion rings. No onion rings. So,he got "green beans & bacon ". I'm sorry but u CANNOT serve the public canned green beans fixed up with soggy bacon. But ,the ribs were to die for! Juicy, tender & homemade sauce! Lip smackin' ono ! Teen boy had a pork rib cubed on a small sub like bread. Again,no onion rings! So he asked for fries, no fries either! So he got double mac n cheese. Someone please help them with their recipe!!! Cheese was not creamy,it was not adhering to the macaroni. As a former kitchen prep & cook, I can tell you that the Macaroni was probably still wet. That's 4 strikeouts. But,I'll return for the ribs anytime! P.S... newly renovated food court is really nice!
