I never review anything online, but our family's experience here was special and renewed my faith in humanity. When we got there, the man behind the window asked what both my boys wanted, but I told him that I only had enough for one shave ice (it's cash only). He then said that he would give us 2 anyways! It was such a sweet gesture. A lesson to us all, and my kids especially, that kindness is something we should practice more often. Oh, and the shave ice was great and he gave me a spoonful of coconut ice cream too which was wonderfully sweet and creamy. Please support this place.

A little pricey for the quality but friendly staff. Was disappointed because I got cookies and cream ice cream but I think there is some cross contamination between flavors because all it tasted like was banana?

Very cute store front counter. The woman working was so sweet and great with her recommendations! Our group had a mixture of ice cream and shave ice. The people that got the ice cream LOVED it! Creamy, excellent flavour. However as previous reviews have mentioned the flavours of the shave ice didn't really taste like what they were suppose to. I got coconut, passion fruit and guava. I was sadly disappointed . Texture of the shave ice wasn't terrible!

Great shave ice, but stay away from the mochi balls, it's not that great. But do get the snowcap (sweetened condensed milk).
