We have had a lot of poke in California and on the Big Island and nothing compares. Hands down the absolute best! If you are trying to come here the old building is across the street. New poke shop is located inside the little market next to the gas station.
Incredible poke. Got the classic shoyu and it was fantastic. The staff was very nice. This place was very popular amongst the local construction workers too, which to me is a good sign.There’s a small standing counter to eat your freshly purchased poke. The restaurant is inside a convenience store, so don’t expect anything fancy. But the poke really does speak for itself. Highly recommended.

I am late in posting, I visited the big island in Dec. This market has thee freshest (caught daily) fish, delicious variety of poke and friendly staff. I can hardly wait to return. Mahalo.
