Fresh baked breads, sweet desserts, fresh coffee, and a friendly and accommodating staff is what waits for you at Sandwich Isle Bread Company. Although they are only open on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, the bounty here is amazing!! You can expect to a slight wait as they limit the amount of people in the bakery at one time (5). I ordered the Chantilly Eclair and it was just the right amount of creaminess and lightness. The blueberry cheesecake was decadent and the texture was perfect. The cashier recommended the 20 Seed Sour bread, can't wait to try it looks delicious!!

Delicious pies! Service quick Ambiance Great! We were driving towards Waimea looking for a good bakery and looking for interesting Antique Shops and we stumbled upon this Sandwich Isle Bread Company.
