Great service. Great food. Great location. We NEED THIS STORE IN KAMUELA! Don't let it close. Owner needs to update service hours. Losing revenue because customers think they are closed on Mondays and Thursdays, but they are not.

I'm never coming here again. Ordered online and didn't even get one sandwich right. We are not satisfied and you totally took way too much money from us. Such a shame since I've never had a problem with this subway before. But really ?!?!?!!

Today @ Kamuela Subway was the worst experience of a Subway sandwich. Sloppy, messy, unenjoyable. Not done as ordered on line

I generally like Subway, but this branch has been getting on my nerves the last few orders. My last online order was a soggy mess, everything fell out as soon I unwrapped the sub. They got my bread wrong, didn't toast it and I suspect the bread was old based on the condition of the sub. They ran out of 2 of the veggies I had specified and took it upon themselves to substitute it with a ton of other items I explicitly asked not to put on my order. I was unwell and couldn't eat certain things, which they happily added to my order without checking with the customer. If you are particular about what you consume or allergic to certain ingredients, careful ordering at this branch.. you never know how they will choose to alter your order without asking you.

Driving around the Belt Highway and getting hungry, we stopped at this particular Taco Bell. We got some tacos and burritos for the road trip and it was as usual very taco bell good.

Every time I eat there they are always out of more than half their food. You'd think that they would know how to order. Never have this problem at any other subway on the island
