This is such a gem of a spot. Fresh and local ingredients really elevate the food. While the burgers are delicious they are a little heavy (depending on what you put on them; I love to do bacon, farm fresh egg and jalapeños!) so I've recently been getting their fish burger which is equally delicious! 2023.9 Hamburger shop inside Waimea Parker RanchIt's a very meaty patty made from beef from the Big Island of Hawaii, but it doesn't have any odor at all.We told them how to bake the patty, whether to add toppings, etc.It was super delicious?Repeat? Ali?

Never seen such a huge patty- that alone was the highlight and was so delicious! The bun they used tasted great as well and burgers were customizable where you can add whatever you wanted. Sauce was also unique and tasted great. Fries were cooked fresh as well. Extra extra points for the very kind staff. Thank you all!!!
