We had a great experience here! The entire staff was really friendly. The food arrived quickly and was good. The boys gave them bonus points for having hockey on the TV. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Ordered saimin, a burger, and a kids loco moco. Food was ok, burger was very very dry and the patty was overdone. It reminded me more of those frozen hamburger discs instead of a hand formed patty. At $16 for a burger and fries I expected better quality. However, the most off-putting thing was our tab. They charge an additional 3% if paying by card! I get they likely do it to offset merchant fees, but to only be made aware of it after we get the ticket isn't a great customer experience.

Food was great. I would recommend the guava ribs and the Mac and cheese burger. The fried rice was also delicious. We went after 7 and it was packed so be sure to have some time when you get there.

I don’t normally write critical reviews but I have to write this.We walked into the small homey diner excited and hungry after a long day of sightseeing. Ready to each something hardy and home cooked. We were totally dressed as tourists and this might explain the following. We stood there and read the entire menu front and back, decided what we were going to order, read the specials on the wall by the door and studied the offerings the bar had. We stood there 10min+ ( and that’s being generous). As we stood there we didn’t receive one word from anyone there (I seen 3 employees in the small dining area). The diner wasn’t even busy. It was though we didn’t even exist. We stood there patiently and we didn’t even get a “We’ll be right with you”, not a “Aloha” or “Hi”-NOTHING! We were blatantly ignored! MY SUGGESTION IS DRESS AS A LOCAL if you want to go here, they obviously don’t like tourists!I can’t comment on the food because we ended up walking out because nobody would acknowledge us.Parking: Easy parking

The BCD menu has a nice selection of options for all food tastes, and there's a bar on site for ordering drinks. There's an outside dining area as well, with lots of good lighting, so you're not eating in the dark at night!Parking: Located in a neighborhood shopping center, there's plenty of free parking. You might not be directly adjacent to the restaurant, but within a short walk through the parking lot.
