If you are in the mood for some Hawaiian food. Give HFP (Hawaii Food Products) a try. I called and spoke to Lita. She was so helpful in helping me place my order. They have a variety of laulau's (Chicken, Pork, Beef, and Vegan)Ordered two trays of mini Pork laulau (no fish). Each tray comes with 24 laulau. The laulau's come chilled and all you need to do is warm them in your steamer or put them on the sterno for an hour or longer. My family and guest really enjoyed the laulau's....read full review
Raining cats and dogs and what better way to enjoy good lau lau!... Steamed in my bamboo basket and served with fresh hot rice and lumpia.. Yes, it's expensive , but when you crave it and it's available... why not.. Back in the day, we'd travel to the island and bring back frozen lau lau in coolers!
