I was trying to use my app to redeem points towards a free vanilla cone, but app wasn't working properly....the workers saw that the struggle was real and gave me the vanilla cone for free! Lol! Awesome service at Waipio McDonald's!!

One of the most friendly, quick, and delicious McDonalds I’ve been to in a while. I’ve never seen such friendly staff, not only towards me, but even to each other. Nice calming atmosphere even in the midsts of a remodel. I was even impressed with the burrito wrapping. Provided plenty of sauce and silverware and I had even forgot to ask! Great experience!

Made a complaint through the app about my experience so I wouldn't have to do it this way but here I am. My fries were mushy and under Cooked my buns were stale and rough on my teeth and the burger Patty served on my quarter pounders tasted like freezer frost and mildew.

Waited 15 minutes curbside. Had to go into restaurant to retrieve my order. Also most of the time patrons park in the curbside to order inside. This location used to be good but now it’s terrible. The rice was mushyParking: Everyone parks in the curbside/drive through to walk in and place orders.

Lazy..sleepy employees. Left the main condiments out for big breakfast and hotcakes on a drive through order. Called the lazy people asked for money back. They wanted the meals return and did not consider the hassle to the customer.

I hate to admit it but I go to this McDonald's at least once a day. Sometimes twice a day but lately they have been giving me the wrong order, making me wait for breakfast items that should be ready. It's not a special requests, why is my food not ready? When you call to explain your order is wrong, they are rude. I live less than 5 minutes away but I will drive to Waikele mcdonalds instead or maybe I should just go to Jack in the box, Wendy's or Taco Bell.
Employee should listen carefully this happened not only once many times for me I order fishfilly no tartar and still make the wrong sandwich simple thing can do right just one sandwich this always happens!

Visited McDonald's to satisfy our sweet and salty cravings - soft serve and French fries.Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. When I requested just ice cream in a cup, I was met with a confusing response that they didn't offer that option. After confirming an ice cream cone in a cup without the cone, the employee suggested charging me for a sundae without toppings - which seemed odd given that it cost more than the cone.The confusion persisted at every window, and by the time I left, I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the whole experience. It's a shame when a simple order becomes a comedy of errors.On a positive note--the McDonalds app offer a FREE medium fries!

This review is only for the haupia pie and chicken nuggets! I've heard about this legendary haupia pie - We mainlanders only have the boring fried apple pie at our McDonald's. My anticipation was met with 100% satisfaction. Crispy crust. Ooey gooey, creamy, molten coconut filling. I can't escape the classic chicken nuggets - they were also perfection.I've no idea about the ambiance inside, because we ordered through the drive-thru. I can't say much about the service, since our interaction was so brief. Highly recommend the haupia pie fresh!
