Didn't take the time to change their holiday hours online. Spent 60$ through their online service to go there in person and see that they closed at 3pm. No way of contacting company other than by phone.

My significant other and I came at 2pm on Saturday, 10/28/2023. The aunty working the counter was nothing less than kind, friendly, and amazing. Her service was GREAT! I wish I got her name but I hope she gets to hear/see this review because she went above and beyond. And overall, maybe our dining experience perfect.Total for everything was $45, which is great for 2 people who are looking for fast, tasty sushi. I've always loved ninja sushi waipio, and I truly believe they are one of few places who works constantly towards better quality and presentation. They've made so many improvements. 10/10

I normally go to the Mililani location but came here recently since it was more convenient. I stopped coming to this location a while ago because I noticed their fish isn't as fresh as the Mililani location. But I decided to give them another chance since I wanted vegetarian options. Unfortunately, even the vegetarian options didn't seem to be fresh. I could see it especially in the cucumbers. The service is really good and workers are very personable but not sure I can come back again in the future.

I like ninja sushi. I usually go to the Mililani one but I like the way this location makes it. They always pack my tornado roll and it's super filling. I feel like their fish is always super fresh. The girls are nice, but they're nicer in Mililani. They make the rolls pretty fast too. This location is not as nice looking as Mililani but they do make their sushi better! (Meaning bigger!).

Costs have gone up, but they have fast, friendly service and a good selection. The quality is good and if I'm ready to splurge a little and am in the neighborhood, I'd choose this place again
My friends and I were looking for a small place that was quiet and had great food. We stumbled upon Ninja Sushi and lucked out as there is such a variety of items- more than just sushi. It made it difficult to decide what to order. The bonus was the friendly service. Mindy has got the right personality to be at the "front line!" Not to mention that the service is also quick. There was a steady flow of customer traffic; which is a great sign! Though we appreciated the fact that there were an ample amount of tables for us to choose from to sit and enjoy each others' company. We will definitely be back! Cuz there's still a lot of things I want to try! How about some veggie tempura?

First time here. Mindy was so nice and welcoming! The menu is a little different from the location I usually go to so Mindy explained the menu and portion sizes. The portion size was good as well as the taste.

Stopped I here while I was waiting for an appointment in the same center. I was looking for something vegan and I figured Ninja would likely have something. Store was very clean and there were a few patrons already enjoying their meals. A small family was ahead of me and were quite undecided about what they wanted and had even more questions and it was about ten minutes in total. The guy helping them was patient and wasn't frustrated or impatient with them. That's speak volumes! The other help behind the counter was also friendly and one was also vegan and knew just what the offering were. I ordered Veggie Tempura Maki and Shinko Hosomaki (Oshinko Maki in Japanese). Both were very good and I especially enjoyed the Shinko. The vinegar/pickled taste was so good. I will be visiting them again soon!

Came here while waiting for some car service being done nearby. There is still COVID cautions being taken here, but is still offering dining-in. Cashier/server was nice and brought me my food was it was read. The previous customers food and my food came out quick. Sushi was yummy, lite, but still somewhat filling (I shared with one).

Honestly this is the best quality you can get for "fast food sushi." Unsure why their rating isn't higher but their quality is so much better than any of their other locations. Better than kuru, genki and sushi bay. Their salmon is melt in your mouth soft. I love this location! Whatever they are doing..they are doing it right!
