Absolutely the rudest encounter I've ever experienced at a drive thru. Whoever was working the drive thru today needs a different job. Not only did she make it clear she was annoyed with simply taking a simple order, she would interrupt me with "anything else". Absolute trash customer service.

I have been going to this Dunkin for years and it’s slowly been on a decline in my opinion. My order has been wrong almost every time I go and the staff are either half asleep or agitated you are there. Very unpleasant.

Stopped in at 8am and left before ordering. One customer in front of me waiting to order and when employee stepped to the register to take order they said nothing. No acknowledgement of the presence of a customer, no greeting, nothing but a look of resentment - a sentiment that all of the employees shared.

Look, I don't like coffee. I go here cuz my girlfriend likes it. The employees that have given us our orders always look like they belong on the Warp Tour, which is kinda dope. They definitely still listen to Yellow Card. Kinda a vibe. Nose piercings are cool. Can I pet that dog?

The place was awful not only did they mess up my order, but the mocha frozen coffee was terrible it tasted like water. Additionally, they charged me $1 for a pup cup. Other places don’t charge for a pup cup that’s ridiculous never coming here again. The powdered ball donuts were somewhat hard.? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!
On 09/23 my family and I left Adventureland at 6:53pm and I knew I would need a coffee to make the 3+ hour drive home. I looked up the nearest Dunkin and seen it was 3 minutes away and closed at 7pm. We pulled into the drive thru at 6:57pm and I was so relieved that it was still open. I know towards the end of a shift and at closing time the day catches up to a person and it's easy to view customers as inconvenient, which was what I was worried about being "that person" ordering at the last minute. The girls got my coffee made quickly and professionally despite it being seconds before closing, and I greatly appreciated the good customer service I received!
