Decided to visit the new Mexican restaurant in Altoona. It was busy but there were plenty of empty tables and we were seated immediately.We waited about 15 minutes for the host to come over and take our drink order and he returned quickly with the water and soda but the House Margarita took another 15 minutes. Finally, they took our food order. We requested more chips and salsa as we were sitting there for a while and ran out, they brought that out right before we got our food....read full review
Visited a week after their opening at 6:30 on a Saturday night. We were told the food might be a little delayed (place was packed). Our server(Cintia) was great; cheerful, quick with fresh chips and refills. Salsa and cheese dip were excellent. Food took no longer than I expected. It was hot, well spiced and generously portioned. We look forward to trying more of the menu.

Early dinner with the parents. Party of 5. They haven't even had their grand opening yet, so grace is given. At the time they could not serve from their full bar. Only beer and premix margs. There was a slight language barrier, but it all worked out. And it's a Mexican restaurant. I had Birria tacos for the first time. I'll order them again. So good! It's so bright and colorful, it doesn't feel like everyone is crammed in. I can not wait to try it again!
