That courtney girls review makes me sick, those girls were so amazing and balanced cleaning and helping so well and were nothing but kind to me and my family. It is a yogurt shop they were doing the best they could, it is not a big deal!! And she does realize that those girls have no control over what the yogurt tastes like right? They don’t make/produce it, it’s not their fault.

100% recommend! I went in (4/27/24) and it was totally busy but the two girls working there handled everything so well! I could tell they were young but they did their best. There was a few older women who weren’t the kindest but they handled it in a very mature way. It was a little messy when I walked in but as it started getting busier while I was there, the two girls were on top of it, balancing cleaning and helping so well. One lady had been complaining about how the flavors were out, but honestly it’s not their fault, they can do their job, if it’s out it’s out. Overall, the two girls working tonight were so helpful and amazing and handled all the challenges very well!

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star rating. Just left from there 8:20pm (4/27/24) terrible service! And the floors were horrendous one of the high school girls used the same mop (not even in water) multiple times in just the frozen yogurt area making it more sticky then it was, and to top it off the rest of the floor was worse sticky/muddy/wet, it looked like the floor hasn’t been moped in days! Half of the frozen yogurt was out or it wasn’t working. More than half of the toppings were old or out. The two girls that were working looked like they didn’t wanna be there and they were not very friendly they sighed when I asked for a sample cup and lids. The frozen yogurt tasted bad and left a terrible taste would 100% not recommend coming back or for anyone reading this don’t go here!

This was a horrible experience! The kids working there were rude, and talking with their friends, and goofing off! I needed help and there was no one to help and the freezer was empty. So I got my frozen yogurt myself. It doesn't work that way they said. So I paid way more than I should have. I would have rather had Over the Top and it would have been better. This tasted bad and left a bad taste in my mouth overall. Wouldn't recommend or return!

I love this place but tonight was not one of those nights. The floors were nasty and slippery with froyo, toppings bar was dirty and handles were sticky. There are two people working and the girl brought in the chairs, table, and trash can and didn't wash her hands but went right back to the register to be on her phone.
