The staff working was nice. The lady's I would say are management. ( Not in tee ) I noticed 3 standing around. When a drive through crew member had asked for help they ignored her , while one was on their phone laughing joking and turned up music. Towards the end of the visit I noticed that one of said management members said something to the lady in drive ,to do something, she had asked for help with when I was ordering. And said lady ignored her. The drive through was packed. And the staff working it was doing great. But the management ,I was not impressed. I also heard the women standing talking about the staff. And it was not in a good way. I feel for the staff that works with management like that. I will not support a company that treat staff negatively. While they're busy doing their best and the management stands around on their phone and joking and taking about the staff doing their best. Just wasn't a good look. Unfortunate as I had heard good things. But THAT WAS NOT ONE LOVE ! Do better

On our way home from an appt & decided to go through the drive-thru. It was very quick, even during the busy lunch time, and our food was still hot, when we got home, 15 minutes later. Service was great, too.

Chicken was awesome and fresh and tender and delicious ?.
First time here. Heard great things from many people but wasn't impressed.Fries were terrible. They were hot, but not crispy at all and had way too much salt.The chicken tenders were ok. They were hot and fresh, but very greasy. I would say the sauce and the bread was the best part or the meal.Dietary restrictions: There is dairy in the breading of the chicken, so if you are lactose intolerant, make sure you take a lactaid.
Raising Cane's in general just need to improve their fries. Typically get a mass of limp mushy fry like substance that can only be eaten with a fork. Chicken and Texas toast are always fresh and good

All the food was dripping wet and the chicken and fries were not edible. Chicken smelled fishy and the fries were warm, floppy and raw. Horrible experience.
