the lettuce was BROWN. when we asked for fresh lettuce, they brought out MORE BROWNING LETTUCE!! someone obviously hasn’t done meal prep in AT LEAST two days. whoever had the lettuce today is 100% getting sick.

Owner has decided to not accept coupons, even bewildering the employees that work there. That's fine, I'll gladly take my business to the location down the street that DOES accept coupons. Portion sizes for my sub are smaller than what it provided at surrounding locations as well. The meat does not even extend to end-to-end on the "foot long" sub. I recommend passing on this location. After all, Jimmie John's is right across the street anyway.

My husband went in to get a sandwich at 9:30pm, wanted a meatball sandwich and they had already put it away and refused to make him a sandwich. The store closes at 10pm. We won’t be going back.

Management needs to train for better customer service-even a polite service member?. Took several minutes to be greeted at drive thru. Then, the worker would routinely say "anything else?" mid order despite my husband saying "I'll let you know when we are done." (After the 3rd interruption.) They basically threw the food at us without even a word. Upon inspection the chips were at the bottom of the bag under our 5 sandwiches. One can only hope the order is correct.

Very well organized staff. Worked as a team like a well oiled machine and got us (2 adults and 4 kids) in and out in less than 10 minutes. Sandwiches were also top notch!

Slow service and this Subway doesn't accept coupons. It's annoying when you go somewhere and expect to pay a discounted rate, only to be told they don't accept Subway coupons? Bad business practice.
