Restaurant was not busy, we witnessed a gentleman and child waiting for their check for over fifteen minutes. We waited quite a while to get our drink order in, we joked that we should have placed our food order at the same time. The bad part was we wasn’t joking later when we had to wait twenty more minutes before our drinks arrived and our order was finally placed. Waitress brought us drinks we didn’t ask for and the wrong condiments we asked for. The table beside us sat used with plates and food from the previous customers the entire time we were there, when we left it still had not been cleared. Again, they did not appear to be busy and there were multiple waiters. Food is expensive for what you get. Two of us ordered meals with hash browns and our two combined helping of hash browns was barely one helping.

I had a great experience here, food was nice and hot. Didn’t wait long at all, clean atmosphere all around I was highly impressed. My waitress tiana(that’s the name on my ticket) I noticed had gotten very busy but she maintained her customers & the chaos very well. Will be back again!
Ok so went here 3 different times and had 3 very different experiences. First time was around 5 or 6 pm and it was great. The service was top tier and the food as well. Second time the food was bad and service was great. Last time everything was terrible. Only seen the lady waiting on us 2 times. Someone else brought us the food and the food was cold and sent it back and left.

The food was not as good as usual. Three cooks had called in or never showed up the day my mom and I went. The eggs were VERY runny, the sausage patty and hash browns were very hard and burnt. My French toast was good and so were my sausage links. My over-medium eggs were so runny that my mom told me to not eat them. Other times we have come here we were satisfied. My mom had them comp the eggs as they were inedible. We left a good tip for the waitress as it wasn't her fault for the bad food. She even gave us a heads up about the cooks.

So I would give a better review, but just before we left I went to the restroom. I watched an employee walk in turn yhe water on in the sink. Go to the bathroom and finish. Wal to the sink turn the water off and leave. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!! HOW DISGUSTING!!! Not even going to talk about the wait staff now after that!!
