Came from Mason City with my fiance & had a great experience! Thing was, that there was only one lady working during lunch hour. Petite lady, maybe Mexican (should have grabbed her name). Working as hard as she could to serve everyone. This lady needs all the credit in the world, the kind of employee every company should have! Cudos to you young lady! Even helped her clean the tables off before we left. 5 stars for her!

Workers were great! Prices are alittle high for the amount/quality you get and the price for a little ladle of cheese is stupid. The store itself was clean with a few rough spots like sticky banisters and the soda machine was operating kind of horribly but the food is good,Just pricey.

2 stars to the corporation itself. The food is good enough to come by alot but it’s kinda dingy. But We give 10 out of 5 stars at the father/daughter combo who started. We got in at shift change one employee was trying to help a long line while the other sat and loudly screamed about being on break. The dad/kid combo stepped in and took care of everything without even clocking in. Our food was better than normal and the teenage girl’s service was amazing. Would love to see service like that more regularly.

Usually I get pretty decent service here but this particular day, there were 4 of us at the counter and only 1 employee working. A 2nd employee did walk in shortly after with cookies from the store next door and quickly went to help which was appreciated. However, they were chatting some and got my order wrong which I didn't know till I left. My fries were also overcooked. In the grand scheme, it happens but my main concern is they were chatting with each other instead of the customers right in front of them. Make small talk. Get to know those of us who live in the area who like to frequent certain stores. Simple as that. I'll still continue to go back but I'd like enough focus on my order to at least be right and not overcooked. Thanks!

Staff was feiendly,helpful, and fast. We went on closer to closing time and they weren't rude like some places when you go in around closing time. The sandwich was great and done super quick
This was my second time eating at this chain and both times have been enjoyable. Just some good greasy down home Americana for when you have that occasional need for something that tastes fantastic regardless of how healthy or not it is for you.

Saw this place in passing...very underwhelmed. Do not go here. Not worth it at all. Very overpriced for the abysmal 'food' you get.For 3 people (burrito, rice bowl, Philly sandwich, a fry, 2 drinks) was almost $50. FOR, basically, a FAST FOOD joint that tries to act like it's not.The place was super dirty and gross, not one table or booth or chair was clean, floor was a mess, the whole place was dirty AF. I felt like I was going to get sick from just sitting in that place. Only 1 person was working and when another worker came in, they just sat down with their headphones.Worse, the food wasn't that great--except the fries (and the server said 'oh, the fries servings are huge'. They weren't).Just go somewhere else. This place is so forgettable and with food that you could make yourself and it'd taste better.

I haven't been here for a long time. The food was good but I have a hard time justifying $40 for a burrito, philly steak bowl, two orders of fry's, and one soda. IMO the quality is not worth the price. Go somewhere else, spend less for the same quality, and possibly get more doing it.

I have ordered 3 times requested sauces & all 3 times they didnt bother giving them to me. J called to ask why they ignore their customers & the man i talked to said youre never ordering from here again & hung up on me! This is the rudest group of assholes ever! These folks dont care what u want!
