Just ordered 2 bean burritos and waited about 30 minutes for them. Workers are clueless, restaurant is mess, and a worker’s pants are sliding off his waist.

Taco Bell seems to have declined over the past couple years, I think this is the last time I'm going here. Food was cold, portions were tiny, they dumped all the sour cream in one spot at the end of all our tacos, and just kind of haphazardly threw everything together. Honestly, a genuinely terrible experience...

They say they're open to 2:00 a.m. according to Google but I come a little after midnight and they say that they're closed

Waited in delivery like for 2 HOURS!!! Ended up getting to the speaker just to be told they weren’t taking anymore orders. I placed my order 2.5 hours before I even got to the speaker. Great operation being ran in ames. I’d reccomend driving to ankeny and getting it there. By the time you get back it’d be faster

Don't pay cash inside! The place looked decent enough. Went in to get food with my 5 year old son. Ordered at the kiosk, selected cash, then proceeded to wait 15 minutes at the counter waiting to pay. I kept trying to get their attention, but they only serviced the drive-through. At least 6 people saw me standing there. When they finally came to the counter, they said I'd have to wait for my food to be prepared because they don't start it until it's paid for. Seriously? Like I'm going to wait another 10 minutes to get my food when I've already been standing there with a hungry preschooler for 15 minutes? I hadn't gone there for a while because they were renovating. I guess the renovations didn't help the customer service.

Every single time I come here, it’s at least a 45 minute wait minimum. They forget an item almost every time. Would recommend driving to Des Moines Taco Bell because it will literally be faster than ordering here.

Worst experience ever.

There was food slopped all over the outside of the bag and the entrees. They said when we ordered that they were out of Pepsi. Why not be out of taco shells or out of electricity while we're at it. The bill for two of us was $25. No problem, but the nacho chips were stale, and the portions were skimpy. I can get much more food at Applebees for the same money, and we really are comparing apples and oranges. If you're going to overcharge, at least make the product quality. Oh, and by the way, there was garbage all over the parking lot and I had to dodge a broken glass bottle of tire-puncturing caliber on the way out. Dirty.

I wouldn't suggest eat at this location if it was the last one open.Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.Lobby is locked up tight, yet you can see people sitting at tables eating their food. It was only 5:30ish at night. During the busy period for people eating out.Told an associate about the lobby being locked. He stated he would tell the manager, then proceeded to cuse me out under his breathe.Extremely unprofessional behavior. Like I said before don't bother going to this location. It's not worth the hassle.

I've eaten here more than a hundred times. This year, they jacked up the prices, and then gave me food poisoning.

If this wasn't the only tacobell in town I wouldn't go here. Service is horrible. There's never more than 3 people working here. It takes an hour to get food that's made incorrectly and another 30 minutes to get the correct order. If you're in a rush, skip it.
