Waited in delivery like for 2 HOURS!!! Ended up getting to the speaker just to be told they weren’t taking anymore orders. I placed my order 2.5 hours before I even got to the speaker. Great operation being ran in ames. I’d reccomend driving to ankeny and getting it there. By the time you get back it’d be faster
Don't pay cash inside! The place looked decent enough. Went in to get food with my 5 year old son. Ordered at the kiosk, selected cash, then proceeded to wait 15 minutes at the counter waiting to pay. I kept trying to get their attention, but they only serviced the drive-through. At least 6 people saw me standing there. When they finally came to the counter, they said I'd have to wait for my food to be prepared because they don't start it until it's paid for. Taco Bell seems to have declined over the past couple years, I think this is the last time I'm going here. Food was cold, portions were tiny, they dumped all the sour cream in one spot at the end of all our tacos, and just kind of haphazardly threw everything together. Honestly, a genuinely terrible experience...
